Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your item(s), and we will do our best to make it right.

 

Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following circumstances:

•You received the wrong item(s)

•Your order arrived damaged or spoiled

•There was a quality issue with the product

 

•To be eligible, please provide:

•A description of the issue

•A photo of the product (if applicable)

•Your order number and contact information

 

Non-Refundable Situations

•We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

•Orders not picked up or received on time

•Personal taste preferences

•Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

 

Custom Orders & Special Requests

Custom cakes and special orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once confirmed.

If there is an issue with your custom order, please reach out and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
